Return window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The return request must be initiated within this window, and the item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
- Shoe/apparel packaging (if applicable) must be intact and not used as the shipping box.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items
- Items marked “Final Sale”.
- Underwear, socks, face coverings, and gift cards.
- Limited-release drops explicitly noted as non-returnable.
- Customized or altered items.
Promotional discounts up to 30% off are returnable unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer easy exchanges while inventory lasts.
- Tell us the item and size you want in exchange. We’ll hold it for 7 days after issuing your return label.
- Once your return is in transit, we’ll ship the exchange. If the requested item sells out, we’ll issue store credit or a refund according to your preference.
- Even exchanges ship free in the US.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, and whether you prefer an exchange, refund, or store credit.
- We’ll reply with your Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. US customers may receive a prepaid return label upon request.
- Pack the item securely and include your RMA inside the box. Ship within 7 days of authorization.
Return shipping & fees
- US returns: Use our prepaid label for a flat $8.95 deduction from your refund, or ship with your own carrier.
- US exchanges and store-credit returns: Free return shipping.
- Original shipping fees and Route/third‑party shipping protection are non-refundable.
- Items returned worn, washed, or missing tags may be rejected or subject to a discretionary restocking fee up to 20%.
Refund timing
Once your return is delivered and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 business days to post the credit. Refunds go back to the original form of payment; we cannot refund to a different card or account.
International orders
- International return shipping and any duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- Original duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable by Godspeed Tee. You may be able to seek a refund from your local customs office.
- Exchanges on international orders are handled as a return plus a new purchase.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packing slip. We’ll prioritize a replacement or exchange at no cost, or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
If a package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier. Then email us so we can assist with a claim.
Preorders
- Preorder ship dates are estimated and may shift due to production timelines.
- Preorders are returnable within 14 days of delivery if eligible and in new condition.
- You may cancel a preorder before it ships by emailing support. Once fulfilled, standard return rules apply.
Gifts & store credit
- Gifts returned without the original payment method are eligible for store credit.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used online at godspeed-tee.com.
Price adjustments
One-time price adjustment is available within 7 days of your purchase if the identical item drops in price and is still in stock in your size/color. Excludes final sale and limited-release items.
Order changes & cancellations
- We can modify or cancel an order within 2 hours of placement during business hours. After fulfillment begins, we’re unable to make changes.
- Shipping addresses can’t be changed after dispatch. Please verify details before completing checkout.
Holiday return window
Orders placed from November 15 through December 31 qualify for extended returns through January 31 (standard eligibility rules still apply).
FAQ
How long does a return take door to door?
Most US returns are completed within 7–10 business days from the time you ship the item back. We inspect returns within 2 business days of delivery.
Can I return items from different orders in one box?
Yes—please include each RMA slip or clearly list every order number inside the box so our team can process correctly.
Will you restock sold-out items for exchanges?
Many drops are limited. If your requested exchange is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund per your choice.
