Rates & Delivery Estimates
United States
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days (major metros)
- Free standard shipping on US orders $150+ (after discounts, before tax)
Carrier-selected service based on speed and reliability (USPS, UPS). Rural areas may require additional transit time.
Canada
- Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days
- Duties/ taxes assessed by customs are the customer’s responsibility
Most shipments move via USPS → Canada Post or DHL eCommerce.
International
- Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days
- Customs clearance may extend timelines
- Duties, taxes and import fees are not included and are due upon delivery
Service partners include DHL, UPS and local postal networks depending on destination.
Order Processing
- Standard processing: 1–2 business days
- Drop days/ high-volume launches: allow 2–4 business days
- Pre-orders ship within the window stated on the product page
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day
Address Changes & Cancellations
We move fast. If you need to cancel or edit an address, contact support within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Tracking & Delivery
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after label creation.
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, DHL (international)
- PO Boxes: Ship via USPS only
- APO/ FPO/ DPO: Supported via USPS
- Signature may be required for high-value orders
My tracking hasn’t updated.
Scans can be delayed during transfers between facilities or carriers. If there’s no movement for 5 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
The carrier returned my package to sender.
Undeliverable packages (incorrect address, unclaimed, refused) will be refunded minus shipping when received back. If you’d like a reship, we can invoice for new postage.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/ GST, and handling fees levied by your local customs authority. These charges are not included at checkout and are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Customs may hold packages pending payment, which can extend delivery times.
- If a package is refused due to fees, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We cannot mark shipments as gifts or declare lower values.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package:
- Confirm your shipping address and check with neighbors/ building staff.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery or alternate location pickup.
- Wait 24–48 hours—carriers sometimes pre-scan before actual drop-off.
If still missing after 48 hours, contact us. We’ll help file a claim and work toward a resolution. Please note: once a package is marked delivered to the address provided, liability transfers to the recipient. Signature-required service may be used for high-value orders.
Damaged in Transit
Report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Keep all packing materials until your claim is resolved.
Additional Notes
- Multiple items may ship separately to speed up delivery.
- We do not ship to freight forwarders flagged for high risk.
- Holiday periods and severe weather can cause carrier delays.
- Returns/ exchanges follow our Refund & Returns Policy.

Contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update the address before fulfillment begins. Once shipped, reroutes are handled by the carrier and may incur a fee.
Yes, via USPS services. Expedited UPS options are not available to PO boxes and APO/ FPO/ DPO addresses.
