• We accept returns of eligible items within the timeframe stated in our Returns Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items, limited releases, gift cards, and certain accessories may be non-returnable.

14. Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products will be resolved by binding arbitration administered in New York County, New York, by a single arbitrator, on an individual basis only. YOU AND GODSPEED TEE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
• Notwithstanding the foregoing, you and Godspeed Tee may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party’s intellectual property rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
